In-home support starting as soon as you're home (or as soon as you're ready)
Teas and comfort - we can sit and debrief your birth story, discuss worries or share in your elation. A nice, warm, long and open chat is good for the soul.
Hands-on guidance and education for infant care, feeding, sleep, recovery, mental health, and more
Light massage to assist with sleep, milk production and increase oxytocin (for love and bonding)
Prepare a bath sanctuary complete with candles, music and bath salts where you can meditate, relax and regroupknowing baby is close by sleeping and being taken care of by your doula.
Light housework and help with meal preparation, laundry and sibling support
